What is ALI Search?
The ALI Search function is the heart of the program. Utilizing Search correctly will improve your organization's efficiency and make your job easier.
You can access Search from the left-hand navigation bar.
Using the Search function
When you open Search, click across the top of the page to adjust your Search filters. You can search any camera up to 30 days previously.
The search function is designed to only search the 9 digit plate number, not the plate type. Just enter the license digits.
You can also select all cities, camera networks, and/or cameras to search at once.
Searching incomplete and inaccurate plates
In many situations, it's challenging to confirm a full plate. That's why ALI will also accept partial plate numbers in the search field. For example, you can search just "JHR" and all license plates that include those letters will appear in your results.
Include relevant nearby searches
You can also enable "Include relevant nearby searches" (see below). That will allow ALI to show similar results with commonly confused letters and numbers. For example, if you search "06R" and include relevant searches, your results will also show plates with "D6R."
Don't know the plate at all? No problem! You can still run a search for a specific timeframe to look through all the detections.
Search filters
You can filter your searches by the following parameters.

Vehicle |

Once your search parameters are in place, click the blue Search button to run your search.
