Adding and joining Hot Lists

What are ALI Hot Lists?

ALI can send your organization alerts whenever vehicles have been detected by one of your cameras. You decide which vehicles generate alerts by creating entries and adding them to your Hot Lists. Setting up effective an hot list is key to your organization's ALI experience.

Most organizations have one active hot list and all users can add new entries. Only Admins can add new hot lists

Adding a new Hot List

If you’re an admin, you can create new hot lists and join existing hot lists. Click the “Add New Hot List” button to get started. Enter a name for your list and choose if you hot list will be Shared or Private

• Shared hot lists appear in other ALI users’ searches, and anyone can send requests to join. The content of the hot list is not visible, only that it exists. 
• Private hot lists do not appear in other searches. 

Joining a shared Hot List

Just like shared camera networks, you can click “Request Access” and search through other organization's hot lists to see if there are any you want to request to join. Only administrators can send requests to join hot lists. 

You can view the status of your pending/sent hot list requests on the Hot List page.
