Navigating Alerts

What are ALI Alerts?

ALI can send your organization Alerts whenever vehicles have been detected by one of your cameras. You decide which vehicles generate alerts by creating Hot List entries. If you haven’t set up your Hot Lists yet, do that first.  

You can access Alerts from your Dashboard or by clicking on the Alert icon on the left-hand navigation bar. Alert notifications can come via email, text, or in-app notifications. Users can decide how they want to receive alert notifications in their settings. 

Navigating Alerts

Once you’re looking at your Alerts page, you'll see a list of all current alerts. You can sort the alerts by clicking on the up and down arrows in each column header. 

Clicking on the “Filters” icon in the top right corner will allow you to filter the alerts by vehicle information. Clicking the calendar icon will allow you to filter the alters by date or time period.
