Welcome to ALI!
Please set aside at least 30 minutes to follow the seven steps in this guide and launch your new organization. If you run into any questions during the set-up, don't hesitate to contact support@alltechtracking.com.
This guide is for Admins in the process of creating a new organization. If you're a user who has been invited to an existing organization, check out this guide instead.
Let's get started!
Step 1: Create your account
- Go to alltech.ai/signup
- Click "Don't have an account yet? Sign up."
- Enter your organization's information and click "Create New Organization"
Step 2: Set up your camera networks
The ALI team will help you add your cameras. Use this article to learn about camera networks so you can decide which networks you want to be shared vs private.
Step 3: Learn how to search
The search function is the heart of Automated License Plate Intelligence, or ALI. This article explains how to use filters and advanced search features to get the best results possible.
Step 4: Start your first hot list
Your organization can be notified when certain vehicles are picked up by your cameras. The way to set up these notifications is to add vehicles to your hot list.
Once you set up your hot list, other users in your organization can add vehicles as needed. Click here to learn how to create your first hot list and begin adding vehicles.
Step 5: Add the rest of your organization's users
Now that your cameras and hot list are ready, it's time to bring other users on board! Use this article to invite other users. If you want to make your new users Admins, follow these steps.
Remember: once users accept their invite, you still need to approve them to confirm their access. It's important to keep your organization secure.
Step 6: Personalize your alerts
You can find, filter, and personalize your alert notifications, which are generated by your hot list entries. Click here to make your alerts your own.
Step 7: Understand your dashboard and reports
Now that you're using ALI regularly, you'll want to find and filter your data. The dashboard is the best place to see trends over time. Read this article to get started with your dashboard statistics.
Congratulations!
