New User Guide – Alltech Tracking

Welcome!

Good news! Your organization has decided to take advantage of our Automated License Plate Intelligence software, known as ALI. Use this guide to get started with the system.

This guide will take less than 15 minutes to complete. If you have any questions, ask your organization's Admin or email support@alltechtracking.com.

Step 1: Accept your organization's invite.

Your organization's Admin must invite you to join them. Once they've sent the invite, you'll receive an email from noreply@alltechtracking.com-- check your spam folder if you don't see it!

The email will direct you to enter your information and create a password.

Once you've filled out your information and created a password, your organization's Admin will still need to approve your request. This double layer of verification ensures the most security for your organization.

Remind your Admin to approve your request using this article if you still can't log in.

Step 2: Learn how to search

The search function is the heart of Automated License Plate Intelligence, or ALI. This article explains how to use filters and advanced search features to get the best results possible.

Step 3: Utilize your organization's hot list

ALI can send your organization alerts whenever vehicles have been detected by one of your cameras. You decide which vehicles generate alerts by creating entries and adding them to your Hot Lists. Setting up an effective hot list is key to your organization's ALI experience.

Step 4: Personalize your alerts

You can find, filter, and personalize your alert notifications, which are generated by your hot list entries. Click here to make your alerts your own.

Step 5: Understand your dashboard and reports

Now that you're using ALI regularly, you'll want to find and filter your data. The dashboard is the best place to see trends over time. Read this article to get started with your dashboard statistics.
